They can melt the wax to make new candles. <BR/><BR/>Donate them to a Salvation Army Thrift store. Or a church rummage sale. <BR/><BR/>As far as dust goes I have, on occasion, just washed them off in the sink with a cloth & slightly warm water. It works.
