Closed circuit

A confrontation over a booted vehicle in a parking lot leads to two men in Boulder, Colorado tasering each other.

The RCMP have a recruiting officer en route.

Are tasers AC or DC?

AC I think. That's the only way they can get the really high voltages without killing someone (or at least not everyone).
